What are the payment options?
When making an online payment for any goods or services through the Copper Lane Gift Co. website, you do not need to hold an account with Paypal or Stripe to use their methods of payment. Your transaction will be conducted through Paypal or Stripe which are approved payment service providers. Therefore your card or bank details have not been given to or retained by Copper Lane Gift Co. at any time. All transactions are carried out on a secure server. What is your return policy?
I hope that you are delighted with your purchase, however, please do not hesitate to get in touch if you are not entirely satisfied and I will endeavour to help. I do offer returns, should you wish to return any item(s) please get in touch within 14 days of placing your order and I will explain the returns process available.
Items should be returned in their original packaging and you are responsible for the cost of the return unless item(s) are faulty or damaged. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) unless the goods you have received are faulty or damaged. Please ensure that you ship with a trusted service as I will not be able to issue a refund if the goods are returned damaged.
How do I create my own gift box?
Make sure and add a gift box to your cart along with the other products you would like in it. If there is something you want left out of the gift box just leave a message to let me know know. If you want to create more than one gift box just add the desired number of boxes to your cart along with the products you would like in it and make sure to leave a note at checkout to say what products you want to put in each box.
